In General Apartments are vertical house that function as individual residences,
families and workers who want to live in the city center where there is no land available in
the middle of the city.
Apartment is one of the right solutions to handle this problem. The location, which
is located at a beside of a ring road and very critical road and make easy people for activity
saving land, makes it easy for users to carry out activities and save land. In addition, other
functions can be added that can support the needs of the apartment users themselves and the
general public.
The location that will be used as the design object is located in Jl. Pelajar Pejuang
and Jl. Talaga Bodas, South Lingkar Selatan, Lengkong District, Bandung City, West Java.
This land is used for Occupancy. The distance from Bandung Square is about 1 Km. with the
target of the occupants of the workers who work in the city center and young families who
earn above 7JT, Based on ownership of this apartment will later become property right
