PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA PEGAWAI OFFICE PT EIGERINDO MPI
The organization is formed as an activity to work together to achieve the goals
that have been set, to achieve these goals several factors must be met, and one of the
important factors is human resources. Human resource management is an aspect to
obtain, train, arrange compensation, and assess employees, and to manage relations or
work relations, health and safety, as well as matters related to justice to achieve
common goals. So that the problem of human resources is considered a complex
problem compared to other company problems. For example, there is the company PT.
Eigerindo MPI is engaged in the industrial garment industry, which produces products
for foreign consumers or export materials. A smooth process where Human Resources
plays an important role in planning to achieve company goals. In addition, a company
must also have business and capital to obtain quality Human Resources, such as
recruitment, employee training, and others. By using a quantitative type verification
descriptive research method using a questionnaire which was distributed to 32
respondents who were taken using a sample through the literacy method, and the data
were processed using Microsoft Excel and IBM SPSS version 25.
The results of the study through descriptive tests stated that organizational
culture, communication, and work motivation were included in the fairly good
category. Based on partial verification testing, the organizational culture variable (X1)
on work motivation (Y) and communication (X2) on work motivation (Y) has a
positive and significant influence.
