The background of this research is the not optimal implementation of
infrastructure development policies in Banjaran Wetan Village, Banjaran District,
Bandung Regency. This study aims to identify, analyze and describe in depth the
Implementation of Infrastructure Development Policy in Banjaran Wetan Village,
Banjaran District, Bandung Regency. The theory used in this study is the Policy
Implementation model developed by Jones in Agustino which consists of 3
dimensions namely Organization, Interpretation, and Application. The research
method used is descriptive research method, with a qualitative approach. Data
were obtained through literature study, participant observation, in-depth
interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the
Implementation of Infrastructure Development Policy in Banjaran Wetan Village,
Banjaran District, Bandung Regency, in its implementation has obstacles. With
indications of uneven infrastructure development, inadequate planning in
determining development priorities, limited public access to information
regarding the transparency of managed funds. To find out the progress of its
implementation, the Village Facilitator conducts regular evaluations and
monitoring to assist the Village Head in implementing the Development Activity
Plans that have been previously arranged so that they are realized according to
needs optimally.
