PENGARUH SISTEM PENGENDALIAN MANAJEMEN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Pada PT Papyrus Paper Mills) MANAGEMENT CONTROL SYSTEM TO ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AT EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE (Study On PT Papyrus Paper Mill)

Management control system and organizational culture are identified as
factors that affect employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect
of management control systems and organizational culture on employee
performance at PT Papyrus Paper Mill. The research method used in this study is
descriptive verification and analyzed by the SEM-PLS method and statistically
processed using smartpls software. The results of this study are expected to
contribute to providing solutions to solving employee performance problems at PT
Papyrus Paper Mill.
The results of this study indicate that: (1) management control system affects
employee performance, (2) organizational culture affects employee performance.
