This study aims to determine the effect of management control systems and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Papyrus Paper Mill. The research method used in this study is descriptive verification and analyzed by the SEM-PLS method and statistically processed using smartpls software. The results of this study are expected to contribute to providing solutions to solving employee performance problems at PT Papyrus Paper Mill. The results of this study indicate that: (1) management control system affects employee performance, (2) organizational culture affects employee performance.
