This research is motivated by the lack optimal institution in Ciparay District Regency Bandung. The problems can be identifiet as follows: “how much influence leadership on the effectiveness of District institutions in the Ciparay, Bandung Regency. As problem solving teory quotes of Syafi‟i “Leadership Techniques Through the dimension of persuasive Techniques, communication techniques, motivational techniques, exemplary techniques and facility techniques. As for the hypothesis is the magnitude of sub district leadership on the effectiveness of district institutions in the Ciparay District, Bandung Regency”. The method used is explanatory research, use the same data, explain the causal relationship between variables trough testing hipotesis. Explanatory research design and cross sectional which is how the variables examined will explain the object being examined through the data collected and the observation is only done once. While data collection is done through obsevasion interviews, and questionnaires. The result of the study showed that the leadership of the district had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of District of Bandung Regency. Thus the hypothesis proposed in this study is empirically tasted. Based on leadership techniques as a better condition while theb institutional effecteveness of villages in Ciparay district as a whole is in very good condition, where the district leadership has a positive and objective influence, so the research must be tested empirically.
