IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN BANDUNG COMMAND CENTER (Studi Tentang Optimalisasi Program Smart City Di Kota Bandung)

This research in the background Because there are indications still not optimal
implementation of Bandung Command Center in support of Smart City program in
Bandung so there are still many problems arising from some things happened such as
problems based on technology and information and facilities and infrastructure in the
running Smart City based innovation.
To analyze the implementation of Bandung Command Center policy, the
researcher uses the theory of policy implementation of Edward III as an approach, where
the implementation of the policy can run optimally when considering 4 factors namely,
communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure.
The research method used is descriptive research method, with qualitative
approach. Data obtained through literature study, participant observation, in-depth
interviews and documentation. Informant determination was done by purposive sampling
technique.
The results of this study show that the implementation of Bandung Command
Center in support of Smart City program in Bandung still shows the lack of in its
implementation both in terms of system, service and pre-saranan means that there needs
to be a change to realize smart city that will facilitate the community in service.
Because if we look at the era of today where technology is very important in the
development and can change a system order both social, economic and cultural then the
obligatory Bandung city government must be able to optimize technology as a tool of
growth of Bandung and can maximize all existing resources to in making a smart city
bandung.
Bandung Command Center is the realization of the seriousness of Bandung city in
optimizing the potential of the city as well as an innovation that is to change the face of
Bandung city better and can improve all the things in it.
